JIADUOCAI, founded in 2002, has continued to grow and develop its production and management. In March 2011, in order to meet the market demand, the Company was relocated from Xiaotang Avenue Industrial Park in Shishan Town to the new site of Xiaotang Third Ring West Industrial Park. The new plant is close to Shishan Station in Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Intercity Rail, only 8km away from Foshan West High Speed Rail Station, a transport hub. Guidan Expressway, 321 National Highway and Sanmao Railway pass by the new plant. S82 Foshan First Ring Expressway Exit and S55 Erenhot-Guangzhou Expressway Exit are only less than 5km away from the new plant. With the crisscrossed expressway network with the West Second Ring Expressway, it enjoys the convenient traffic and has a perfect logistics and distribution network.
JIADUOCAI plant covers an area of over 20,000 square meters, with an office building, a research building and 3 production workshops and warehouses. The engineering construction area is over 15,000 square meters. The plant is well-planned with clean, tidy and standardized working environment. The Company currently owns 17 sets of technology-leading powder production lines, as well as 4 sets of metal powder bonding equipments. At the same time, it is equipped with advanced environmental-friendly dust removal equipment and centralized ventilation system, with an annual powder coating capacity of 20,000 tons.
The Company has the main products including conventional indoor powder, conventional outdoor powder, low temperature curing powder, fluorocarbon super weather-proof powder, cleanable anti-graffiti powder, anti-static powder, flame retardant powder, anti-microbial powder, sand grain anti-scratch powder, metal effect powder, anti-corrosion steel powder and wood grain effect powder. Among them, the anti-corrosion steel powder was approved as a high-tech product in Guangdong Province in 2009, and passed the product certification of the China Academy of Building Research Certification Center; the wood grain effect powder passed the European aluminum quality standard certification in October 2016. It becomes the first domestic factory with Qualideco certification.
JIADUOCAI has a fully functional integrated scientific research building. There is a scientific research team composed of industry experts. There are more than 10 professional scientific research personnel, 11 sets of experimental prototypes and two sets of bonding prototypes. The Company has the solid strength in the improvement of application products and the development of new products. The Company not only is equipped with routine testing equipments including standard light box, plasticizer, gloss meter, adhesion tester, hardness tester, cupping tester, thickness gauge, impact tester, bending tester and boiling water resistance tester, but also has the advanced color-difference instrument, dry laser particle size analyzer, salt spray test chamber, DSC differential scanning calorimeter, accelerated weathering testing machine and other special testing equipments. A variety of advanced detection equipments provide a reliable guarantee for R＆D innovation and quality control.
